Lived here 3 years. Rent goes up every couple of years by about $10. They keep the property nice and maintenance is always on top of things and is very prompt and preventative in addressing any issues. Lots of families and a diverse set of cultures and age groups represented by tenants. Cable/Internet included in price of rent.
It is a great place, if they continue to support golf!
If you love golf as much as I do, this is the place to test your ability on multiple courses. A wide range of easy to difficult, choose your correct stick for the shot!!!!
you bring 4 Bella Vista trucks out to fix NOTHING. You guys are a joke. My drainage is set to flood a house, and you say that you cant touch the city property. unbelievable.
The Zumba classes are so much fun and the facility just has tons of different activities! From ballroom dancing to the fly fisherman to voting services, not to mention the fabulous pools and even mini golf! If you can't find something fun to do here, you're just not looking! It's a real gem for this community.
