Inexpensive if you have the whole family to stay. They have full kitchen so you can cook food and feel like you're at home. However, it's expensive for individuals or couples since they lack of things normal hotels could provide. There is no free breakfast. I couldn't work the TV with cable in the living room, only the bedroom. Wifi is really slow so you can't watch Netflix while you're there. And if you spend time to read their directory, you will know that they want to keep the thermostat at certain degree (77, which is way too hot for Arkansas in this time of the year) so it wont affect other unit. You have to clean up your trash bags before you leave, and there is no housekeeping during your stay. They only work during business hours so if you check in late, you have to call them to get access to the room. I was there for work and had no saying on where my company wants to put me. But I rather stay at an airbnb if I want to feel like home or an actual hotel when I feel more fancy.
They think they are better than they are . It's too expensive for how bad it was . We were only given a roll and a half of toilet paper for 4 people for the week we were staying . They wifi is super slow and doesn't work 90% of the time . A spider crawled from under the couch and I found a dead roach behind it . It was a terrible experience and I'd never want to come back !
