We truly appreciate their quick action and assistance in getting her the care she needed, even at the expense of business. It shows that the health of their patients is their number one priority.
Dr. Tom and his staff are excellent. They express genuine care for my pets (who are considered family members) and my family. We chose Dr. Tom after experiencing several local veterinarians in the area. Dr. Tom's care and knowledge were a bit above the rest and a lot above others.
Decided to get our little dogs shots up to date and get them groomed there as well. They have a very patient and knowledgeable staff that seems to love their job. The grooming has been awesome. Not sure what soap they use but we could smell it on the dogs for over a week! Would highly recommend this place. Also wished they had Saturday hours as well.
They rushed her to my vehicle and made sure the other clinic knew exactly what was going on and was ready for her.
The kind folks at Hancock saw our Ruby for a medical emergency. They got her back immediately and showed general concern for her and had a true sense of urgency for her condition even as a new patient. The doctor wasn't in yet so they got her on O2 and tried to stabilize. They saw she was in trouble, needing immediate intervention, so called a nearby clinic and arranged for a vet there to see her right away.
Great staff and reasonable prices! One of the few veterinary hospitals I've been to where I don't feel like I'm been upsold and price-gouged. All the humans who work there have a kind attitude, and they all seem to remember my pets names and histories. And the location in Bella Vista is super convenient.

I have a 10 week Pomeranian puppy that was seen by Hancock Veterinary Clinic last week. Our two other dogs 17 & 19 years old were unfortunately euthanized last year so we’ve seen quite a few Vets over the years. I was thrilled and totally satisfied with the care received at Hancock clinic! Knowledgeable Vet as well as staff! They were top notch, so pleased to have found them, if you’re looking for a Vet look no further this is the place to go!
I highly recommend Dr. Tom Hancock for all your family's pet needs (including small farm animals). He has rescued a few of our goats on several occasions. He goes the extra mile for my pets and that is hard to find these days!
