I explained this to the staff and they handled everything perfectly! They were slow, patient, and knew that scared dogs need to be healthy dogs too.
Been trusting our dogs to their care for many years. Great, caring team that honestly seems to be concerned about the wellbeing of our pets. Offer boarding onsite as well.
I'm fairly new to Bella Vista and I had to find the right vet for my dog, Max. Max was adopted from the shelter. He was at the shelter because he was seized for cruelty. His progress is slow, and he'll probably have some sort of fear of humans for the rest of his life.
Today I said goodbye to one of my best friends, my fur baby Dudley. I use this hospital because they are some of the kindest and most understanding people I have ever met. The vet held my hand when I put my sweet fuzzy friend down today....you don't find that kind of caring just anywhere. Thank you Village Pet Hospital staff for making a difficult decision a little easier to bear. I appreciate all your hard work, you guys are the best!
They are very loving and attentive within our girls, and do everything they can to make your pet (family members) get better. The whole staff is friendly and helpful.
Also, I had to break up with the last animal hospital I went to because they said they won't touch him unless they put him under anesthesia. This would've racked up my bill to around 300 bucks just for his routinely vaccinations. Village Pet Hospital only charged me the fraction of the price AND got the job done.
